The manager Mark was incredibly welcoming and made every effort to make me feel at home. The location is perfect in terms of distance from Oxford Parkway and only a ten minute bus ride into the city centre. The room and facilities are perfectly fine for the rating of the guest house itself. A good price and I would stay there again.

Superb breakfast and good location, with parking, Rooms clean but tired and dated. Our bed wasn’t great and there were no king size doubles. The shower in our room wasn’t up to scratch. We would stay there again for convenience, but only for a night.

Lovely stay even if only for 1 night! Spacious, relaxing and Mark was very warm and hospitable. Even got a larger room than I was expecting which was a nice surprise! Would recommend
